Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Arkin & Co., 23 Turnpike Lane, London N8 0EP, on Wednesday, 2nd December 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
