Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of Mercer and Hole, Silbury Court, 420 Silbury Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes MK9 2AF, on 7th December 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at Silbury Court, 420 Silbury Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes MK9 2AF, not later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the Meeting.
