City of London (Various Powers) Act 1967

Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Commonalty and Citizens of the City of London, acting by the Common Council, have made a Resolution under section 6 of the City of London (Various Powers) Act 1967.   The Resolution is to vary the Declaration of City Walkway made by them on 19th April 1973, to exclude reference to the way or place adjacent to Sudbury House, Paternoster Square, more particularly shown hatched on the drawing attached to the Resolution and numbered CWVP-01-98.   A copy of the Resolution and of the said drawing have been deposited at the office of the City Secretary, Corporation of London, Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ, and may be seen there, during normal office hours, for a period of 28 days from publication of this notice.
