Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Rutland House, 44 Masons Hill, Bromley, Kent BR2 9EQ, on 4th December 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and to receive any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. R. W.
