Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the office of Keith Stout & Associates, 138 Park Lane, Romford, Essex RM11 1BE, on 4th December 1998, at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively. The purpose of this Meeting is to have an account laid before the Meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
