Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Arkin & Co., 23 Turnpike Lane, London N8 0EP, on Tuesday, 24th November 1998, at 12 noon and 12.15 p.m. respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of; to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
