  Described in the Bankruptcy Order as Martyn John Slade, of and carrying on business with another at 22 Princess Crescent, Lynhurst, Hampshire SO43 7BS, under the style of “Mr Shifter” Light Haulage Contractors. A First and Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter within four months of 17th November 1998.   Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt in the above matter must do so by 17th November 1998, or will be excluded from this Dividend.   Creditors should send their claims to the undersigned.
