  Lately of Glen Devon, 20 St. Pauls Avenue, Shanklin, Isle of Wight PO37 7AH, formerly trading at the Wheatsheaf Public House, High Street, Brading, Sandown, Isle of Wight PO36 0DG, as a Publican, formerly of 4 St. Mary’s Close, Ryde, Isle of Wight PO33 3HJ As it is my intention to declare an Interim Dividend within a period of 4 months from 23rd November 1998, notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Estate in Bankruptcy, are required on or before 23rd November 1998, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to me the undersigned, Donald Phillip Gendall, of Sterling Ford, 59-63 Railway Approach, East Grinstead, West Sussex RH19 1BT, the Trustee of the said estate and, if so required by notice in writing from me, the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, are personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
