Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a General Meeting of the Shareholders of the above Company will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward, Oakfield House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, on 13th November 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 11 a.m. by a Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator and the conduct of the winding-up of the Company during the preceding year.
