Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Central Buildings, Richmond Terrace, Blackburn BB1 7AP, on 30th November 1998, at 2 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. respectively, for the purposes mentioned in the said Act. The Meetings are called, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at Central Buildings, Richmond Terrace, Blackburn BB1 7AP, no later than 12 noon, on the working day immediately before the Meetings. J. S.
