Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company are to be held at the offices of Morton Thornton & Co., 49 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1LJ, on Monday, 9th November 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Joint Liquidators and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and the Joint Liquidators shall be disposed of.
