Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of N. Johnson & Co., 3 Whitefield Street, Hafton, Burnley EE12 7JY, on Wednesday, 11th November 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of haivng an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
