Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BBK Chartered Accountants, 311 Ballards Lane, Finchley, London N.12, on Monday, 16th November 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
