Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Rule 4.182A, that the Liquidator intends paying a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors at the rate of 100 pence in the £ within 4 months of the last date for proving. Creditors of the above Company are now required to submit a proof of debt containing full particulars of their debts or claims before the last date for proving, to the Liquidator, W. M. Cliff, of 14 Wood Street, Bolton BL1 1DZ. Any Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution. No funds will be retained for the purpose of paying a dividend to Creditors who have not proved their debts before the last date for proving. The last date for proving is 10th November 1998. W. M.
