Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Companies Act 1985, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company and a Meeting of its Creditors will be held at The Patten Arms Hotel, Parker Street, Warrington, on 29th October 1998, at 9.45 a.m. and 10 a.m. respectively, for the purpose in each case of having laid before it an account and showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the General Meeting of the Company may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. K.
