Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of John B. Taylor & Co., 8 High Street, Yarm, Cleveland, on Friday, 6th November 1998, at 2.15 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and all other documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
