Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 22 Ribblesdale Place, Preston, on 22nd October 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. precisely, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
