Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Valentine & Co., 4 Dancastle Court, 14 Arcadia Avenue, London N3 2HS, on Friday, 30th October 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, to receive an account and showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company.
