Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Staple House, Staple Gardens, Winchester SO23 9EJ, on 27th October 1998, at 12.15 p.m., to be followed at 12.30 p.m. by Annual and Final Meetings of Creditors for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liqudator at Staple House, Staple Gardens, Winchester, Hampshire, no later than 12 noon, on 26th October 1998. M. R. E.
