Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under the provisions of section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, London NW1 2EP, on 26th October 1998, at 10 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on 25th October 1998, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
