Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. The general effect of the Parking Places Order would be to: (a) lengthen and combine two residents parking places in Maunsel Street; (b) provide that in respect of the residents’ parking place, the classes of vehicles for which it would be available, the hours during which it would operate and all the time limits during which vehicles may be left in the parking place would remain unchanged. The general effect of the Disabled Persons’ Free Parking Place Revocation Order would be to revoke a redundant disabled person’ parking place in Maunsel Street. The proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Hyder Consulting Ltd., Third Floor, 29 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DZ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decide not to make the Orders. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Department of the Environment and Planning, telephone number 0171-641 1956. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Hyder Consulting Ltd., Third Floor, 29 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DZ, quoting reference WES1004/ORD/1869/CJ, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
