Notice of application for consent in pursuance of section 1

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Schedule 10, section 1, of the Environment Act 1995, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Reilly Developments Limited, to discharge a maximum of 6.39 cubic metres per day of Biologically Treated Sewage Effluent discharged from Closes Hall Mews, Stump Cross Lane, Bolton-by-Bowland, Clitheroe, Lancashire, to Park House Beck, a tributary of the River Ribble, at National Grid Reference SD 8068 5043.   Any person wishing to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Mrs. M. Noblett, Authorisations Officer, The Environment Agency, PO Box 519, South Preston PR5 8GD, not later than 5th November 1998, quoting Ref. C/76/P/98.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Environment Agency, Lutra House, Dodd Way, Walton Summit, Bamber Bridge, Preston PR5 8BX, at all reasonable hours. M.
