Highways Act 1980, Section 116 and 12th Schedule

Take notice that Rugby Borough Council of Town Hall, Rugby, acting on behalf of Warwickshire County Council, the highway authority, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court at Newbold Road, Rugby, on Tuesday, 27th October 1998, at 10 a.m. for an Order that an irregular shaped area of the highway at the rear of 112-118 Bridget Street, Rugby, for an area of approximately 70 square metres be authorised to be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.   The effect of the said Order is shown on a plan which may be inspected, free of charge, at the Town Hall, Rugby, during normal office hours.
