Notice of application for a licence to abstract water

Take notice that Aberdare Golf Club, Abernant, Aberdare, Mid-Glamorgan CF44 0RY, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from a borehole at National Grid Reference SO 134 0304 at Aberdare Golf Club.
  The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 1 (one) cubic metre per hour, 23 cubic metres per day, 6,325 cubic metres per year, between March 1st and November 30th each year. The water will be used for spray irrigation.
  A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Aberdare Golf Club Office, between 24th September 1998 and 22nd October 1998.
  Any person who wishes to make representation about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
