Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the aforementioned Companies will be held at the offices of C. Jacobs & Co., 66 Churchway, London NW1 1LT, on 27th and 28th October 1998, at 11.45 a.m., 12.15 p.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also determining when the books and records of the Companies shall be disposed of. Proxies for use at the Meetings should be lodged with the Liquidator at 64-66 Churchway, London NW1 1LT, not later than 12 noon on the working date prior to the date of the respective Meeting. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint another person or Creditor as his proxy to attend and vote instead of him and a proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor of the Companies.
