Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of B. Mistry & Co., Pride House, Rectory Lane, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7LG, on 23rd October 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, to receive an account of the Liquidator, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be furnished by the Liquidator.
