ENVIRONMENTAL RECOVERY LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 3rd September 1998 at The Hylands Hotel, Warwick Road, Coventry, the following Resolution was passed as an Extraordinary Resolution:   “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ronald Eric Speight, of Moore Stephens Booth White, Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall Street, Birmingham, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.” P.
