Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Thoburn & Chapman, Floor C (S), Milburn House, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1LE, on Monday, 19th October 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also directing the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company, and the Liquidation, shall be disposed of. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Floor C (S), Milburn House, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1LE, no later than 12 noon on the preceding Friday. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a Member or a Creditor.
