Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will he held at Poppleton & Appleby, The Old Bakery, Lower Gower Road, Royston, Hertfordshire SG8 5EA, on Friday, 30th October 1998, at 3.30 p.m. and 3.15 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before the Members and Creditors, showing the manner in which the Liquidation has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of.
