Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Kidsons Impey, Friars Courtyard, 30 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 1RJ, on Monday, 12th October 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year. A person entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. J. A.
