Integrated Pollution Control

Notice is hereby given that Albright & Wilson UK Limited has applied to the Secretary of State for the Environment for a variation to an existing Integrated Pollution Control (IPC) authorisation, reference AN9140, to operate an organic chemical process for the manufacture of a chlorinated diphosphate ester, at the Avonmouth Works, Avonmouth, Bristol BS1 0YT.   The application may be viewed, free of charge, at the offices of The Environment Agency, Rivers House, East Quay, Bridgwater, Somerset TA6 4YD and the offices of the Directorate of Health and Environmental Services, Bristol City Council, Brunel House, St. George’s Road, Bristol BS1 5UY, during normal office hours.   Representations or objections should be made in writing to The Environment Agency at the above address within 28 days from the date of this public notice.
