Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above Company will be held at Royce Peeling Green, Hilton Chambers, 15 Hilton Street, Manchester M1 1JL, on 7th October 1998, at 9.30 a.m. and 9.45 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Is is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
