At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Oswald House, 24-26 Queens Road, Reading RG1 4AU, on Thursday, 3rd September 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Nicholas Pittman, of Ernest Francis, Oswald House, 24-26 Queens Road, Reading RG1 4AU, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” J.
