Notice for extension to Public Gas Transporters Licence under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986

ScottishPower Gas Limited, whose principal office is situated at Cathcart Business Park, Spean Street, Glasgow G44 4BE, hereby gives notice that it has made an application to the Director General of Gas Supply for an extension to its proposed Public Transporter’s Licence under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986, authorising the conveyance of gas through pipes to any premises in authorised areas in Elton Head Road, Rainhill, St. Helens WA9.
