Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at at the offices of Kakouris & Michaelides, 43 Blackstock Road, London N4 2JF, on Friday, 24th July 1998, at (A) 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, (B) 10.45 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively and (C) 11.15 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at any of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. A.
