This advertisement is being placed on behalf of the Trustee of the Nortel (UK) Pension Plan which is responsible for paying the benefits formerly provided by the Q Scheme, an occupational pension scheme established by STC Limited in 1961, which became closed to new members in April 1975, the Q Scheme provided benefits for employees in these Companies: STC Limited Kolster-Brandes Limited Standard Telecommunications Laboratories Limited International Marine Radio Company Limited Standard Telephones and Cables (Northern Ireland) Limited Stanelco Industrial Services Limited Hudson Electronics Limited Ace Radio Limited Submarines Cables Limited If you belong in one of the following categories you may be entitled to benefits (or additional benefits) from the Q Scheme. The Trustees wish to trace: anyone who is or was entitled to a Q Scheme pension but who has not claimed it. anyone who would have been entitled to a Q Scheme pension if he or she had not decided to exchange it for a lump sum or to transfer it to another occupational pension scheme of insured arrangement. the personal representatives of anyone in either of the above categories who has died since April 1975. the personal representatives of anyone who has been in receipt of a Q Scheme pension since April 1975, but who has since died.
