Notice of application for consent for the purposes of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the above Act than an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Cala Homes (Midlands) Limited, for consent to discharge up to 4.5 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to an unnamed ditch tributary of the River Avon at National Grid Reference SP 5880 7885 from a package sewage treatment plant serving 5 new dwellings at the Walled Garden Site, Stanford-on-Avon, Northamptonshire.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Water Quality Consents Officer, at the Agency’s offices, at Riversmeet House, Newtown Industrial Estate, Northway Lane, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire GL20 8JG, during the period 27th August 1998, to 8th October 1998, quoting Ref. CP/LS/60800.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at the Agency’s offices at the above address and at Olton Court, 10 Warwick Road, Olton, Solihull, West Midlands B92 7HX.
