Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Mitchell Charlesworth, Chavasse Court, 24 Lord Street, Liverpool, on 1st October 1998, at 10 a.m. for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
