Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of International Indoor Cricket Limited will be held at Lovewell Blake, 89 Bridge Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 3LN, on 9th October 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for the Meeting must be lodged at Lovewell Blake, 89 Bridge Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 3LN, not later than 12 noon on 8th October 1998. C. R.
