A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, to agree the Liquidator’s remuneration, to be the balance of available funds on account of time costs, in accordance with Rule 4.127 Insolvency Rules 1986 “by reference to the time properly given by the Insolvency Practitioner (as Liquidator), and his staff in attending to matters arising in the winding-up”. To determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
