Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, will be held at Forte Posthouse Hampstead, 215 Haverstock Hill, London NW3 4RB, on Tuesday, 29th September 1998, at 10.30 a.m. to be followed at 11.30 a.m., on the same day by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EX, no later than 12 noon, on the working day immediately before the Meetings. N. N.
