A Final General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company to be held at the office of Haines Watts, 4-8 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4LU, on 18th September 1998, at 11 a.m., has been summoned by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on his administration of the winding-up and the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release pursuant to section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
