Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on Monday, 31st August 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before it, and to receive a report from the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
