At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 52 Lilac Street, Hollingwood, Chesterfield, on 24th July 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Allan Cooper and John Russell, of 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF, Insolvency Practitioners duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” L.
