Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between HERON QUAYS PROPERTIES LIMITED and REGALIAN HOMES LIMITED, carrying on business to develop land at Heron Quays, Isle of Dogs, London E.14, has been dissolved as from 21st July 1998, so far as concerns Regalian Homes Limited who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by Heron Quays Properties Limited and Canary Wharf Limited who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership.
