Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, carrying on business as Chartered Accountants at 72 Lairgate, Beverley, East Yorkshire HU17 8EU, and previously at 3 North Bar, within Beverley, under the style or firm of THE CBA PARTNERSHIP, has been dissolved as from 15th May 1998 so far as concerns the said Steven John Marginson who retires from the said firm. All debts due and owing to and by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by Christopher Stuart Brown and Timothy Barley, who will continue under the style or firm of The CBA Partnership.
