Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that Hall & Woodhouse, of The Brewery, Blandford St. Mary, Dorset DT11 9LS, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial No. 13/43/34/239, to abstract water from upper chalk strata, at National Grid Reference ST 8867 0576, at Blandford St. Mary, Dorset.   The variation being applied for is to replace an existing abstraction point, existing rates and quantities to remain unchanged.   A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the Reception, The Brewery, Blandford St. Mary, between 1st August 1998 and 29th August 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Rivers House, Sunrise Business Park, Blandford Forum, Dorset DT11 8ST, before the end of the said period.
