In the High Court of Justice.  Companies Court No. 3674 of 1998In the Matter of NEROCELL EUROPEAN CELLULAR SERVICES (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership whose principal place of business is 2-2 b Christchurch Avenue, London NW6 7QN, presented on 29th June 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at London Central VAT Office, 2nd Floor, Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, London EC1V 1TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 12th August 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 11th August 1998.
