Notice of application to stop-up part of the verge to Soham Road, Stuntney, Ely

Notice is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council, the Local Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Ely Magistrates Court sitting at the Sessions House Ely, Cambridgeshire, on 3rd September 1998, at 10 a.m., for an Order that part of the Highway verge to Soham Road, Stuntney, Ely, be stopped-up on the ground that it is unnecessary.   A plan showing by yellow colouring and marked dimensions the area of the highway which is the subject of the application will be displayed on the public notice board at Ely Library, Palace Green, Ely, Cambridgeshire during the opening hours: Monday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday, closed all day, Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Friday, 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., and Saturday, 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. K.
