Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Russell Insall and James Christopher Jellard, carrying on the business of Motor Vehicle Sales Repairs and After Sales Service at Ruishton Motor Company, Main Road, Ruishton, Taunton, Somerset, and also at Creech Service Station, St. Michael Road, Creech, St. Michael, Taunton, Somerset, under the style or firm of RUISHTON MOTOR COMPANY has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 22nd May 1998.
